Compact pasta machine questions, answered carefully.
Clear reference information for selection, configuration, ordering and service.
Machine selection
Choosing the right starting point.
If your product is unusual, send a photo or sample description instead of relying only on the machine name.
What capacities are available?
Company information lists 15 kg/h and 40 kg/h small-commercial configurations. The current website separately lists a ZHK reference at 30–40 kg/h. Final selection depends on your product and required output.
Is the 15 kg/h machine suitable for a restaurant?
It is the usual starting point to evaluate for restaurant service and limited batches, but daily demand, menu, mold shapes, voltage and workflow should be confirmed.
When should I consider 40 kg/h?
Consider the higher compact output for regular small-batch production, growing retail demand or a small workshop. It remains different from a complete industrial pasta line.
Can a compact machine replace a full pasta line?
No. A compact machine is intended for lower capacity and simpler installation. A full pasta line is more suitable when throughput and downstream automation become more important.
Product & process
Shapes, materials and drying.
Can the machine make macaroni and different shapes?
Different molds may support macaroni, tubular or ribbon-style products. Not every shape is available for every configuration, so share the exact product for feasibility confirmation.
What raw materials can be used?
Common materials may include wheat flour, semolina, water and optional formula ingredients. The formula should be confirmed around the target product.
Do I need drying equipment?
It depends on whether the pasta is used fresh or sold as a dried packaged product. Fresh service may not require a full industrial dryer; dry packaged products need a process review.
Can you guarantee the final pasta texture?
Final quality depends on raw material, formula, moisture, particle size, mold, temperature and operating settings. A specific texture should not be guaranteed before technical confirmation.
Ordering & service
What happens next.
What information is required for a quotation?
Please provide product shape, hourly capacity, use case, local voltage and frequency, destination country, mold quantity and whether drying or other supporting equipment is needed.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ is 1 set. The reference lead time is about 15 days for a compact pasta machine, subject to configuration, customization and the production schedule.
Can the machine be customized?
Voltage, color, logo, molds and selected supporting equipment can be evaluated. Feasibility is confirmed by project.
What warranty and commissioning support are available?
The company reference warranty is two years, while detailed coverage is subject to contract. Commissioning and engineer site service can be arranged under confirmed project conditions and costs.
Can I receive a sample?
The machine itself is too large to send as a sample, but food samples produced by the machine may be provided free, with courier cost paid by the customer.
