Make the buying decision clearer

A compact machine is not a small industrial line.

It is a focused solution for lower-capacity commercial production, easier installation and a more controlled starting investment.

  • Use different confirmed molds to explore multiple product shapes.
  • Select 15 kg/h or 40 kg/h around your expected hourly demand.
  • Evaluate fresh use, light drying or supporting equipment separately.
  • Plan an upgrade path if demand later moves above compact output.

View All FAQ
Which machine is suitable for a restaurant?
A 15 kg/h configuration is usually the starting point to evaluate for fresh service and limited batches. Final selection still depends on your daily demand, pasta shape and service workflow.
Can one machine make every pasta shape?
No universal shape promise should be made. Different molds may produce different formats, and feasibility must be checked for the exact target product.
Do I need drying equipment?
Fresh-service applications may not need an industrial dryer. Packaged dry pasta requires a process review based on formula, capacity, target moisture and shelf-life expectations.
What information is needed for a quote?
Share the target product, hourly output, local voltage and frequency, destination country, molds required and whether you need drying or packaging support.
