Prepare mold information that can be checked.
Send clear front, side and cross-section images of the target pasta together with outside dimensions, wall thickness, internal opening and cut length where applicable. Include the flour or semolina formula status and state whether the finished product will be fresh, chilled or dried.
A mold changes product geometry, but cutter settings, moisture, line speed and downstream handling also affect the result. Final feasibility, mold quantity, changeover method, included accessories and delivery timing should therefore be confirmed in the written quotation for the selected machine.
