Application detail · Fresh service

Compact pasta production for restaurants.

A restaurant application starts with the menu, service volume and batch schedule—not with the largest machine available.

Operating fit

Produce around service instead of warehouse stock.

For a restaurant, a compact machine can support short planned batches and direct kitchen or preparation-room use.

  • Estimate covers, portion weight and peak-day demand
  • Confirm wheat flour or semolina and water formula
  • Select a focused menu of feasible shapes
  • Allow cleaning and mold-change time between batches
  • Confirm voltage, frequency and hygienic working space

A 15 kg/h configuration is an initial recommendation for evaluation. Actual finished output depends on product, formula and operating conditions.

Restaurant setting

See how compact production can fit a working kitchen.

A dedicated prep corner keeps short pasta batches close to service while leaving clear space for trays, cleaning and mold changes.

Application visualizations created from Zhuoheng's real 15 kg/h machine reference. They illustrate a possible restaurant setting, not a documented customer installation; final layout depends on the room and local food-safety requirements.

Restaurant process route

From flour preparation to service.

Fresh-service applications may not require a full industrial dryer, but handling and food-safety procedures still need to match the final product.

Recommended machine direction

Evaluate the 15 kg/h option first.

It is positioned for restaurants, limited daily batches and customers entering commercial pasta production at a smaller scale.

The formal model name, power, dimensions and weight for this option remain subject to project confirmation. The mold package, voltage and any supporting preparation equipment are selected after the target pasta is known.

Menu and mold planning

Start with a few products you can execute consistently.

Different molds may support tubes, elbows, screws, shells or ribbon-style directions. Exact feasibility must be checked for the selected machine and formula.

  • Send a photo or physical sample of each target pasta
  • State outer dimensions, wall thickness and cut length where relevant
  • Confirm fresh or dried product direction
  • Plan how frequently molds need to be changed
