The 15 and 40 kg/h figures are company-confirmed capacity options. Confirm output with your flour, shape and production schedule; they are not a guaranteed daily volume of saleable product.

Record normal and peak demand in kilograms. Include the product you will actually sell, rather than only an extrusion target.
Production time
Allow for preparation, mixing, shape changes and cleaning. Identify how much time is left for forming.
Product range
Start with your planned shapes, flour and dimensions. Confirm tooling before comparing machine packages.
What belongs in a comparable quotation?
Request a written list of the selected machine, included molds and accessories. Cutter, mixer, drying, storage and packing requirements should be reviewed as separate scope items where applicable.

Confirm the machine specification for your order
The formal model, power, dimensions and weight for the 15 kg/h option need confirmation in the selected specification. The same order-specific review applies to the company’s 40 kg/h option. A separate ZHK reference is available, but it must not be assumed to describe every 40 kg/h machine.
